Hancock-Wood, working in partnership with the State of Ohio and area community development foundations, has developed an excellent portfolio of commercial and industrial sites. For example, our State Route 18 sites provides quick access to Toledo via I-75, as well as from State Route 23 via Fostoria. The site is served by two CSX rail lines providing direct access to both north-south and east-west markets.
